Every service begins with a consultation to discuss your pet’s unique needs, and includes the following without additional fees:

  • a customized bath routine

  • complementary spa (deep conditioning mask, argan oil, papaya scrub, paw balm, and medicated/hypoallergenic shampoos available)

  • blow out/fluff dry

  • brush out/deshedding

  • nail trimming

  • ear cleaning

  • enzymatic dental gel+fresh breath spritz!

FAQs

  • If you haven’t used a mobile groomer before, you’re going to love it! Appointments are scheduled in 1 hour arrival windows, and an ETA is sent day of. Grooming is done inside our professionally converted bus. After we set up, we’ll offer a thorough consultation and discuss any concerns. An appointment is typically 1-2.5 hours. For new clients, we request you are home when we arrive. For recurring clients, we can arrange access/payment and provide service while you are away!

    We accept cash, check, or credit/debit card.

  • Yes! I would love to set up a phone consultation to chat before your appointment. While our goal is to provide a positive grooming experience, we prioritize your dog's safety and well-being. If they are showing signs of stress, we may pause and work together to address health or behavioral concerns. Please let us know beforehand if your pup has a special need or health/behavioral concern so we can provide the best care possible.

  • Yes, we offer grooming for cats and small animals!

  • We provide mobile pet grooming island wide, in areas included but not limited to: Hauula, Kaaawa, Kailua, Honolulu, Laie, Kahuku, Haleiwa, Kahaluu, Kaneohe, Punaluu, Pupukea, Waialua, Waikane, Ahuimanu, Mokuleia, Waimanalo, Hawaii Kai

  • We are currently not taking on new nail trim clients, but a nail trim is included with every bath or grooming service.

  • Our minimum service fee is $175 for most areas and can vary based on the time and care your pet needs. Please contact us for an estimate!

  • If your pup is having anal gland issues, the first place they should visit is the vet. Anal glands can become infected or even rupture, and external expression puts pressure on sensitive tissues which can cause more irritation. If your vet has recommended anal gland expression, we offer it upon request.
